I have been helping businesses to deliver IT enabled change for over 20 years. My roles have ranged from being the business leader who drives the change, through to being a trusted advisor to CEO's and COO's, helping them to get value from their projects, programmes and ventures.
I am a Steering Committee member for the Warwick Business School Mentoring Programme and also on the school's executive coaching panel.
My book "Business Leadership for IT projects: a value-based approach" was published by Gower in September 2013.
